The Malghesino is a soft blue cheese made with cow’s milk subjected to pasteurization.
Taste:
The “natural” type features a decidedly spicy flavour.
Colour:
White or pale yellow paste, streaked with blue/greenish mould development. Gray crust and/or rosé NOT EDIBLE.
Consistency:
At the touch looks “solid” and creamy, with entire paste without holes.
On the palate it is soft and amalgamated melting easily in your mouth.
This cheese is free of cereals containing gluten and its derivates
